The key differences

1. Dentally integration — the hard blocker

This is the most important difference for UK practices. Solutionreach integrates with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve Dental, and Open Dental — all US practice management systems. It does not integrate with Dentally.

Without Dentally integration, there is no real-time patient data sync, no treatment-type-aware timing, and no automated trigger on appointment completion.
