1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the SuiteGrowth platform and website. By using our service or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. What SuiteGrowth provides

SuiteGrowth is an AI-powered WhatsApp follow-up system for dental practices. We send automated post-appointment messages to patients on behalf of your practice, collect feedback, classify sentiment, and guide satisfied patients toward leaving a Google review. We also alert your team when a patient is unhappy so you can respond directly.

3. Eligibility

Our service is available to registered dental practices and healthcare providers operating in the United Kingdom. The person signing up must have the authority to act on behalf of the practice.

4. Your responsibilities

As a SuiteGrowth client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate practice and patient contact information
  • Ensure you have a lawful basis (under UK GDPR) to share patient contact details with us for the purpose of post-appointment follow-up
  • Inform patients that they may receive a WhatsApp follow-up after their appointment
  • Respond promptly to negative sentiment alerts we send you
  • Not use our platform to send marketing messages, spam, or anything unrelated to post-appointment patient care

5. Our responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Operating the platform with reasonable care and skill
  • Processing patient data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR
  • Providing onboarding support and setup assistance
  • Maintaining the security of our systems and your data
  • Notifying you promptly of any data breach affecting your practice's data

6. Reviews and feedback

SuiteGrowth facilitates the collection of genuine patient feedback. We do not fabricate, edit, or filter reviews. Patients are guided to leave a Google review only when they express positive sentiment. We do not incentivise reviews or offer rewards in exchange for ratings. All reviews collected through our platform reflect authentic patient experiences.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the SuiteGrowth website and platform — including text, design, code, and branding — is owned by SuiteGrowth unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our service without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

SuiteGrowth is a communication tool. We do not provide medical, dental, or clinical advice. We are not liable for the content of patient responses, the outcome of any patient interaction, or any business decisions made based on sentiment data we provide. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your SuiteGrowth subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. Upon cancellation, we will cease sending messages on your behalf and delete patient data within 30 days unless you request immediate deletion.

10. Demo and website

The interactive demo on our website uses AI to simulate a patient follow-up conversation. It is for demonstration purposes only and does not represent a real patient interaction. No data entered into the demo is stored or shared with any third party beyond what is necessary to generate the AI response.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
